Interview with Laura Thompson, civic leader and wife of the late Myron Pinky Thompson. The interview was recorded in Niu Valley on March 13, 2015 for the Daniel K. Inouye Oral History Project. Topics include growing up and meeting her future husband at Punahou, Native Hawaiians in government, programs developed by Senator Inouye and her husband that benefitted Native Hawaiians, thoughts on Senator Inouye's passing, and a summary of Pinky's life after the war.
