Chris Conybeare interviews Fujiko Katsutani Matsui, Chic Miyamoto Enos, Mitzi Higuchi, and Toyo Takeyama, the women swimmers of Three-Year Swim Club. Topics include how they started swimming, traveling to the continent for national swim meets, Coach Sakamoto's wife, training with Coach, and character building. Charles Oda is also interviewed. Interview takes place at the Three-Year Swim Club in May 1984.
