Topics include signing up for the swim club together, Coach Sakamoto's method for teaching and coaching, the interviewees' friendship together, comparing their childhood to current times, and the different camps. The two interviews are recorded outside Puʻunēnē School and Fujie's barbershop and includes b-roll footage of Chris and Chic walking around Puʻunēnē School talking and other footage outside of Fujie's barbershop.
