This is the continued interview with Lisa Smith from title 19957. On this video Smith plays "Maori Brown Eyes" several times then sits for an interview with Eddie Kamae. Smith talks about her start in playing ʻukulele at the age of 3 and how at 12 years old she played in her first concert in Hawaiʻi. Smith also talks about the connection with Hawaiian and Spanish culture and music, how children learn from parent(s), and the way a guitar is strummed in both cultures. Recorded on December 28, 1990 at the Mamiya Theatre.
