Interview with Manu Kahaialii's mother-in-law Pearl Kaopio in Hawaiian and English recorded on February 28, 1991. This video is a continuation of title 20008. Manu, John, Ipo Kahaialii, Pearl Kaopio, and David Kaʻalakea ho'okani ka pila, continue to play music. After they play Tūtū Pearl Kaopio explains the song "Ke Ala O Ka Rose" written by her husband Kaniala Kaopio for his sweetheart on Niʻihau at the age of 16. She also explains how Kaniala got the last name Kaopio.
