Eddie Kamae introduces "Words, Earth & Aloha : The Source of Hawaiian Music" recorded on June 7, 1995 at the W.H. Shipman House. Several takes are recorded as Kamae recalls the voice of his mother. Kamae also introduces the poetry of Queen Liliʻuokalani to be used in the documentary.
