The Sons of Hawaiʻi performing at the Taro Growers Festival in Hanalei, Kauaʻi on October 22, 1995 for the documentary "The History of the Sons of Hawaiʻi." Band members include Eddie Kamae, George Kuo, Dennis Kamakahi, Ocean Kaowili, and Paul Kim. Songs include "Ka Ipo Lei Manu," composed by Queen Kapiʻolani for her husband King Kalākaua; "Hanalei Bay," composed by Alfred Alohikea; "Ua Nani Kauaʻi," traditional; "Nā ʻAi Ono," composed by Clarence Kinney; "Wahine ʻIlikea," composed by Dennis Kamakahi; "Hanalei Moon," composed by Bob Nelson; "Hilo March," composed by Joseph Kapaeau Aeʻa with additional lyrics by Mary Kawna Pukuʻi; and "Hanakeoki," composed by Queen Liliʻuokalani.
