Produced in 1970, this program is about the Keʻanae Congregational Church (Lanakila Ihiihi O Iehowa Ona Kava Church) on the Keʻanae Peninsula in Haʻikū, Maui. Written, produced, and directed by Steven Moore and Carl Lindquist. Subjects include materials used to build the church; how the church congregation met; a conversation between two women in Hawaiian about attending church; the beauty of nature; nature giving and taking from the church; a part of a sermon in Hawaiian; functional architectural styles; a prayer. Footage includes pictures of missionaries; a man on horseback holding a bible; the inside and outside of the church; plants, animals, and scenery found nearby; the graveyard; ruins of other buildings.
