Topics include a recent hospitalization, what caused it and what procedures were done to him; how after his hospitalization he went to the Ironman Triathlon to participate as a course marshal; how he considers being around the triathlon athletes as a life force; positive attitude and the connection between body and mind. Aoki and Thomson also do visualization therapy.
