Hālau o Kekuhi practice 7/9/00

B-roll footage of Hālau o Kekuhi filmed on July 9, 2000 for Holo Mai Pele. Hālau o Kekuhi is under the direction of Kumu Pualani Kanakaʻole Kanahele and Kumu Nālani Kanakaʻole. Footage includes the hālau rehearsing for the Holo Mai Pele performance. The hālau practice the choreography for the scene of Hiʻiaka's start of her journey with her companion, Paʻuopalai and the scene of the resurrection of Pele's lover, Lohiʻau.
