Holo Mai Pele Act 5

Hālau o Kekuhi's hula performance of Holo Mai Pele under the direction of Kumu Pualani Kanakaʻole Kanahele and Kumu Nālani Kanakaʻole. In this final act, Hiʻiaka dreams about falling in love with Lohiʻau. Pele, in her jealous rage, destroys Hiʻiaka's forest. The two sisters battle, revealing Hiʻiaka's maturation as a formidable deity equal to Pele's power.
