Pau Hana Years : Songs and Dances from the Seniors of Kalihi-Pālama 8/13/79

Interview with Francis Dunning, project director of the Areawide Opportunities for Senior Citizens program from the City and County of Honolulu Office of Human Resources, conducted by Bob Barker recorded on August 13, 1979 at the Hawaiʻi Public Television studio for the program Pau Hana Years. Dunning talks about elderly services offered in the Kalihi-Pālama neighborhoods. Also interviewed are Polynesian dancer Tiiloni Horton and Robert Omura, executive director of Catholic Social Services. With music entertainment by the Susannah Serenaders, and performances by Filipino, Hawaiian, Okinawan, and Samoan dancers.
