Pau Hana Years : Senior Citizen Campout

In this episode of Pau Hana Years, Bob Barker joins the Senior Citizens of West Kauaʻi on a campout at the YWCA of Kauaʻi Camp Sloggett in Kokeʻe State Park. Barker interviews camp organizer, Jane Matsukawa of the Kaua'i Office of Elderly Affairs on the activities planned for the weekend that includes Hawaiian music and dance. Barker also interviews Julia Chandler on flower lei-making and Kiyono Hookano on the feather lei. Amy Suzuki of the University of Hawai'i School of Medicine demonstrates making a terrarium. Dr. Gladys Falsaw of the Kokeʻe Museum describes the natural history of the Koke'e area.
