Interview with former Catholic priest John McDonald conducted by Bob Barker at the grounds of the Coco Palms Resort on Kauaʻi for the program Pau Hana Years. McDonald talks about his path towards taking his vows, his career as the head of the Star of the Sea Parish on Oʻahu, Superintendent of Hawaiʻi Catholic Schools, and Pastor of the St. Catherine's Parish on Kauaʻi before ultimately leaving priesthood. As the Director of Tennis at Coco Palms Resort, McDonald also discusses the resort's tennis courts and its expansion plans for the facility.
