Stephen Becker, Public Affairs Officer, gives an overview of the naval base, including the naval supply center, naval station, submarine base, public works center, and naval shipyard. Simmons also tours the U.S.S. Worden guided by Cmdr. William Newlon and Ensign Michael Fedder and interviews the ship's enlisted and officers, including Capt. Carl Nelson, Commanding Officer.
