Tuttle, Jr. on October 4, 1989 at the Naniloa Hotel in Hilo, Hawaiʻi as part of the Hawaiʻi Political History Documentation Project. Retired state legislator recalls the internment of his father in World War II. Recruited into the Democatic party by John Burns, he discusses his terms as a 1950 con-con delegate, Kauai county supervisor, and territorial and state representative. Interview spans 4 videotapes.
