Republican national committeewoman from Hawaii expresses her conservative philosophy and describes her involvement in the Parent-Teacher Association, Republican party, American Association of University Women, and 1950 Constitutional Convention. Other topics include: serving as a delegate to the 1964 Republican National Convention; lack of support for Goldwater in 1964 from the Hawaii Republican party; the 1969 western Republican conference held in Hawaii; her views on the future of the Republican party and that it needs to embrace more than one philosophy to remain viable.
