Interviews with Florence Hasegawa and Sol Kahoohalahala separately recorded in December 2005 in Lāhainā, Maui for the documentary "Lahaina: Waves of Change." In the first interview continued from title 26473, Hasegawa shares stories of her childhood living in poverty to adulthood not living in poverty and things being easier for her; making a dress pattern out of newspaper; and her involvement with the Lahaina-Honolua Senior Citizen's Club. In the second interview Kahoohalahala is at Malu ʻUlu O Lele Park in Lāhainā. Kahoohalahala describes the layout of Mokuʻula, where King Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli once ruled the Hawaiian islands.
