Myrna Kamae talks about why she came to Maui; Pineapple Hill; hearing traditional Hawaiian music for the first time; falling in love with the music and the gentle spirit of Eddie Kamae; the people she got to meet on her journey with Eddie, including Eddie's mother; and the moment she realized she wanted to spend her life with Eddie. Eddie Kamae talks about his research on Maui, and the relationship his grandmother, Kauhailikua ʻŌpūnui, had with Emma Sharp and Inez Ashdown.
