Footage recorded in Lāhainā, Maui on May 26, 2000 for the celebration of the International Festival of Canoes for the documentary "Lahaina: Waves of Change." Footage includes people waiting on Front Street for the parade to start; and several groups parading down Front Street to Kamehameha Iki Park. Also included is footage of canoes coming into Lāhainā Harbor; and musical entertainment from Robi Kahakalau and Friends. This subcollection also contains footage from other camera angles from the hoʻolauleʻa performances.
