Arraignment of the thirteen arrestees at ʻEwa-Pearl City District Court recorded on September 16, 1992. Thirteen people were arrested for trespassing while practicing their religion and protecting sacred sites in Hālawa Valley in the path of the construction of Interstate H-3. Footage contains interviews with Deputy Attorney General Colette Dhakwa, Steve Helelā, Laulani Teale, and George Cooper, Hālawa Coalition counsel.
