Video includes an interview with Ipolani Tano who discusses why she took part in protest and ceremonies in Hālawa Valley at the heiau. After the interview, Tano greets people visiting the heiau. Next, video cuts to ceremonies at the heiau as women greet visitors; people also give hoʻokupu; archaeologist Barry Nakamura is among the visitors. Includes shots of campsite with protest signs and an interview with Kawaipuna Prejean who talks about how he supports the women organizing to stop the H-3 and how the project is the continued "barrage" against Hawaiian rights.
