Clips from this film include three different interview segments and footage of photographs. First there is an interview with Francis Kennedy, topics cover what collective bargaining would mean to state firefighters and what terms they might be asking for in a collective bargaining agreement. Next a representative from the Hawaii Nurses Association discusses their contracts, and their desire to bargain on their own behalf. In the last interview a man discusses perceived issues that may arise during collective bargaining sessions and if there is any difference between public and private bargaining. Also includes shots of still photographs and posters for the International Association of Fire Fighters. Recorded in 1970.
