First there is an interview with Francis Kennedy, topics cover what collective bargaining would mean to state firefighters and what terms they might be asking for in a collective bargaining agreement. Next a representative from the Hawaii Nurses Association discusses their contracts, and their desire to bargain on their own behalf. In the last interview a man discusses perceived issues that may arise during collective bargaining sessions and if there is any difference between public and private bargaining.
