ILWU conference room and strike kitchen
Footage on this film gives views to the inside of the ILWU and the USSC conference rooms during meetings. The last segment shows workers preparing onions and rice for a union kitchen meal, while other men obtain items from a storeroom. A daily kitchen report sheet shows a listing of what items have been issued, who received them, and cost breakdowns. Recorded in 1974.
