Footage from "Sugar Strike 1958" (title 28353) that details in part what happens not only on the picket lines but behind the scenes. Footage includes strike kitchens being staffed to help feed the strikers, transportation committees to get people where they need to go, finance committees to keep track of the spending, how union members helped the community during a strike, and how women's auxiliaries were involved. Other clips include shots of the Hilo Labor Day Parade in 1975.
