Topics include: Mendiola's health updates including new chemotherapy for a spot on her lung and medication for pain control; a discussion of death including its complexity, its paradox, how it is an event but also a process, and the more powerful the death, the more authentic the life; how one purpose of the documentary is to open the conversation about death so that there is less fear; and the Hawaiian concept of mana and the spiritual traditions around death.
