The three people featured are: Moses Mattos, supervisor for the Honolulu Zoo; Agnes "Aggie" Napuunoa, the custodial foreman for the Honolulu International Airport; and Robert Downey, a pilot boat captain at Honolulu Harbor. A. Van Horn Diamond provides tips to consumers looking to reduce their grocery bill by reducing the amount of meat they purchase.
