Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday is now celebrated in Hawaiʻi. Moderators discuss OHA and reparations, the military presence on the islands, NIOSH report on death on the job from cancer and cane smoke, the People's Coalition, Hawaiian Studies building at UH-Mānoa, and Pacific news. A video on Kapalua is shown which pinpoints the site on which the Ritz Carlton Hotel is to be built and the Hawaiian remains and burials which are being dug up. Dana Naone Hall tells of the battle to stop this desecration.
