Panel discusses Inouye hearings on Hawaiians, AIDS update, drift-netting, Guam, John Lewin links tourism and Hawaiian health, Fasi and hotels, sexism in higher education at UH-Mānoa and OHA and H3's need for more archaeological exploration. A film segment "Faces of the nation" is shown. Mililani Trask answers questions on land trusts, Hawaiian home lands, ceded/5F lands, blood quantum for native Hawaiians and gives reasons for those who wonder what benefits they would have if they joined Ka Lāhui Hawaiʻi. Also she has just become the executive director of the Gibson Foundation which helps Hawaiian homesteaders.
