Panel discusses ceded lands, Local 5 strike, the Blood Quantum bill, the U.S. Institute for Peace, the Legislature audit of OHA and the Nicaraguan election. Hydrologist Dr. Catherine Vandehoer did a water study and expresses the benefits and necessity of preserving this resource in Kahoʻolawe and the need to protect the archaeological sites which are being washed away.
