Kekuni Blaisdell relates events at a PIANGO (Pacific Island Association of Non Government Organizations) meeting with the United Nations. Manu Boyd explains the types of events which will be held on August 11 and 12, 1998, to observe the annexation of Hawaiʻi, including a vigil, a march, and events in Washington, D.C.
