The subject of this episode of DIALOG is the issue of flag burning and a recent U.S. supreme court decision that burning the American flag is a form of free speech protected by the constitution. The roundtable guest try to give a Hawaiʻi perspective on the controversy. Includes a short background video featuring University of Hawaiʻi law professor Jon Van Dyke and Senator Ron Menor.
