Interview with Malaki Kanahele at his home on Kauaʻi recorded on June 20, 1992 in English and Hawaiian. Kanahele shares the tune of "Pukoaniani" which he learned from his mother and father; Kanahele says this tune no longer exists. Kanahele also shares two different ways of playing by adding in a needle on a string and a cup placed behind the string bar.
