Footage includes the Sons of Hawaiʻi visiting Sam Liʻa Kalainaina's hale (house); men opening an imu (underground oven) where ti root was being heated to make ʻōkolehao (liquor distilled from tī root in a still of the same name meaning "iron bottom"); and the Sons of Hawaiʻi visiting the grave of Sam Liʻa Kalainaina.
