Footage includes shots of bushes on the ʻŌpūnuiproperty in Kauaʻula Valley; Kamae reading a land title for his ʻohana (family) property in Lāhainā, Maui; talking to Keeaumoku Kapu; and tombstones at Waineʻe cemetery in Lāhainā, including the tombstones of Keopuolani (wife of Kamehameha I and mother of Kamehameha II and III) and Reverend D.N. Opunui. Interview with Eddie Kamae includes sharing childhood stories about his mother; playing music in Lāhainā; and meeting his wife Myrna.
