Footage includes Eddie and Myrna Kamae, Claybourne Smith, and Chris Smith sitting under a shady tree discussing recording the Taste of Lāhainā food festival; set up of vendor tents and stage; and Lahaina Sugar Cane Train in the distance. Also included is Malihini Keahi-Heath doing a hula noho (hula performed in the sitting position) of "Kananaka" and interviews with Keahi-Heath and Pua Lindsey separately. Keahi shares the story of "Kananaka." Lindsey talks about Kauhai Likua being a composer; and the families of Ukumehame.
