Continued from title 27378, footage recorded at Shigeto "Shigesh" Wakida's retirement party on May 20, 2000 in Lāhainā for the documentary "Lahaina: Waves of Change." Footage includes interviews with three of Wakida's tennis students. In separate interviews with Nicholas Wakida, Tabler Dykeman, and Ryan Ideta, they all speak of Wakida as being a good coach who taught discipline, respect and persistence on the tennis courts to children of Lāhainā. Footage also includes Wakida receiving an award from the Hawaiʻi State Senate and giving a speech.
